Ingredients:

Burrito:
-one Quinoa Flour Tortilla (FlourTortilla Also works!)
-Vegan Cheddar Shredded Cheese
-2 Baby Bella Mushrooms
-1 serving Extra Firm Tofu
-1/2 Cup Bob Red Mills TVP
-1/2 TBSP Mesquite Seasoning -1/2 TBSP Cumin
-1 TSP Smoked Paprika
-1 TSP Cinnamon
-2 TBSP Syrup
-Olive Oil for cooking
-Two Chips for crunch! (Optional)
-2 Cups Shredded Romaine
-1 Cup Shredded Cabbage
-1/4 Cup Sweet Corn
-2 TBSP Mild Salsa
-2 TBSP Vegan Ranch

Recipe:
-Heat saucePan to a Medium Heat with oil. add the mushrooms, Tofu and TVP to the medium pan using a spatula to toss. add the spices and syrup. cook the filling until the mushrooms get tender. take your tortilla add you’re filling and cheese. Fold in the sides take the top fold and roll it to the bottom until you get a nicely sealed burrito. Place burrito in pan to cook with the mouth face down. cook on medium heat for about 4-5 mins to seal. Flip to cook the other side. When done, cut it in half and the filling will be nice and cheesy!For the salad Take your chopped romaine and cabbage.sprinkle your corn salsa and dressing to the salad! ENJOY!
