VEGAN CAMEMBERT as a instan cheese 🙂

For 2 vegan camemberts


·         100g cashews

·         2 spoons of coconut oils

·         2 table spoon of onion powder

·         4 tablespoon of garlic powder

·         1 cup of nutritional yeast

·         3 tablespoons of lemon juice

·         ¼ spoon of agar agar

·         1 tablespoon of salt


1)      Soak the cashews overnight , or boil for 10 min

2)      Add to the food processor:  the coconut oils, the onion powder, the garlic powder, the nutritional yeast, the lemon juice

3)      Mix for 2 minutes, then stop and add a cup of water and mix for 4 other minutes with frequent breaks to not make overheat.

4)      Add 2 cup of water in a pan on middle heat, put 1/4 teaspoon of agar-agar

5)      Put the mix of the food processor in the agar-agar mix and mix until obtaining a homogeneous structure

6)      Add salt to your liking (one teaspoon should be enough)

7)      Then put it in a mold and let it firm up in the fridge or freezer.
