40g avocado โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
10g coleslaw mix โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
Salad leaves โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

.5tbsp vegan mayo โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
.5tbsp ketchup โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €
.5tsp pickle juice (the water that gherkins come in) โ €โ €
1 squeeze of lime โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

Pop your burger under the grill, and allow to cook for 10 minutes. Then flip for another 5 minutes.

Whilst your burger is cooking, toast your bun in a pan with a little fry light.

Mix together your sauce ingredients and lather on the bottom of the bun.
