Vegan beefless tips and broccoli pasta
1pkg Semolina shells
1pkg “Gardein” beefless tips
1 whole organic onion
1 whole organic bulb garlic minced
1 tbsp vegan butter
2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire
1 head of organic brocolli chopped
2ups plain pea milk or your favorite non-dairy milk
1 1/2 tbsp flour
8 oz pkg vegan cream cheese
Himalayan sea salt
“Follow Your Heart” vegan Blue Cheese
Cook pasta according to package.
Sauté onion for 2 minutes then add garlic and continue for 4 more minutes. Then add Worcestershire and cook 1 more minute.
Add beefless tips and cook until browned on medium heat. Then add in brocolli and cook for 3 minutes.
Mix flour and vegan milk with a whisk and add it to the pot. Let milk heat and then add cream cheese along with seasonings.
On medium low to low heat cover and cook until sauce is creamy.
Pour sauce over noodles and top with vegan Blue cheese.
