Vegan bean soup ??‍?

Ingredients for soup:

16 oz (454g)white beans
1 medium onion
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp sunflower oil (can be a different oil, I love to use sunflower oil)
1 Tbsp vegeta (vegetable seasoning)
1 Tbsp Fant (seasoning mix for stew and paprikash found at most international food markets)
1 Tbsp seasoning salt
1 Tbsp sweet red paprika

Cooking time 2-3 hours

Directions :

In a medium cooking pot, soak 16oz (454g)white beans in cold water, let them rest overnight.
The next day, bring the water in the pot to boil, then rinse with cold water and drain the beans.
In a larger cooking pot add the beans, 1 whole medium onion, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 14 cups of cold water. Cook for 2-3 hours on low heat. Depending on the beans you may or may not have to add any water while it is cooking. After 2 hours check if the beans are cooked enough, and check the water level, the water level should be at about half the pot.
In a frying pan place 3 tbsp sunflower oil, and the onion from the cooking pot. Smash the onion with fork then sautéed it for 5 minutes and add 1 tsp vegeta (add the remaining to the pot), 1 tbsp Fant, 1 tbsp seasoning salt, 1 tbsp sweet red paprika. Then use a ladle to add some soup to the frying pan and mix well. Then add the contents of the frying pan to the cooking pot and mix again.
