Here we go: – Dry ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed. – Wet ingredients: 2 ripe bananas(mashed), 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, ½ cup brown sugar, ½ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ⅓ cup raisins. – Directions: Preheat the oven to 180ºC. In a bowl, whisk the dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and whisk everything until the batter comes together. Grease your baking dish before pouring the batter into it. Baking time: 40-45 minutes. – Let the banana bread cool completely before slicing and serving. Enjoy! ?
