Vegan baked potatoes with bravas sauce by @minieats_94 ❤.
10-15 new potatoes
1-2 tbsp of olive oil
For the bravas sauce:
3 tbsp of vegan mayonnaise
1/4 cup of soaked cashews
1/8 cup of plant milk
1/4 tsp of garlic powder
1/4 tsp of paprika
1/2 tsp of smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
-Start by boiling the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
-preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius
-once the potatoes are done cooking, cut them in cubes, transfer them into a baking tray coat them with the olive oil, generous amount of salt and pepper to taste
-bake them till crispy and golden brown
The vegan Brava sauce:
While the potatoes are baking you can make the brava sause!
-just add all the ingredients for the sauce in a hand mixer and mix till you have a creamy and smooth consistency.
Serve the potatoes with lots of sauce and enjoy ?!!
