Vegan Baked Beans by @daria_cooks_vegan 🍞
Something Yummy for the most important meal of the day!
Ingredients🌱
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup / 250 ml crushed tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup / 120 ml vegetable stock
• 4 tablespoons tomato paste
• 1 teaspoon marjoram
• 1 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons sugar (optional)
• 1 sprig of rosemary
• 3 sprigs of thyme
• salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 teaspoon paprika powder
• 2 cans beans, drained

Instructions🍃
1. Preheat oven to 450 °F / 230 °C.

2. In a bowl combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, vegetable stock, minced garlic, spices, sugar, herbs and beans. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes.

3. Serve on toasted bread with plant-based breakfast patties, grilled tomatoes and vegan scrambled “egg”, if desired. ENJOY!💚
