Veg Suji Malai Toast for today breakfast😋

This is my fav when I have breads and i rather than having normal toast enjoy this veggie suji malai toast😍

Kids love this too as its crispy, crunchy, creamy and not spicy. One of the best recipes to make ur kid eat vegetable and a Toast😊

Ingredients:

Breads – 6 slice
Suji – 1/2 cup
Malai – 3 tbsp
Onion – 1 finely chopped
Tomato – 1 finely chopped
Capsicum – 1/2 finely chopped
Chilli ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander – 1 tbsp
Butter for roasting

Method:

1. Take a bowl, add suji, onion, tomato, capsicum, chilli ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, black pepper, coriander, sugar, salt and malai.
2. Mix it well.
3. Now take a bread slice and apply the suji paste on it.
4. Take a pan on low flame gas, apply some butter and place the bread on it. Make sure you keep the suji side first to roast.
5. Once turn brown, turn the side and allow it to get crisp.
6. Take a plate and cut into half and serve with sauce or chutney.
