Having other people make you #breakfast is the absolute tits. Honestly, it’s not even an opinion, it’s just a fact that you simply must accept as reality. The best way to make it a reality? Speak it out loud for weeks on end (hint: this works for almost all desires). ⁣

Here, let me show you how it’s done, “I want you (insert name of breaky servant) to make me biscuits for breakfast this week.” Say this everyday until your breaky servant realizes that their fate is inevitable and they must bend to your unrelenting will. It’ll work because they’ll either a) be so annoyed by your incessant insisting and they just make the damn biscuits already b) hear the word “biscuits” so much that they too begin to share your intense desire to eat them,so they obligingly make them or c) circumvent the system and go grab some from a restaurant. Either outcome is a win, so don’t give up. ? ⁣

Want the #veganrecipes ??? I know you do, because I’m from the South and we know some shit about biscuits and we also know how to read minds. Duh. ⁣

Make someone else make these for you and let me know how they turn out! ⁣

❣️2 c Flour⁣
❣️4 tsp Baking Powder⁣
❣️1/4 tsp Baking Soda⁣
❣️3/4 tsp Salt⁣
❣️4 tbsp Vegan Margarine⁣
❣️1 cup Almond Milk⁣
❣️2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar⁣

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 450 degrees.⁣
2️⃣ Combine the almond milk and vinegar. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes.⁣
3️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Using a pastry cutter (or just your fingers), quickly cut vegan margarine into dry ingredients until mixture looks like crumbs. ⁣
4️⃣ Add the buttermilk. Stir just until the dough comes together. The dough will be very sticky.⁣
5️⃣ Turn dough onto floured surface and using as little flour as possible, gently fold dough over on itself a few times. Press into a 1-inch thick round, cutting out the biscuits with a 3 inch cutter. ⁣
6️⃣ Place biscuits on a Silpat or baking sheet so that they barely touch. ⁣
7️⃣ Bake until #biscuits are tall and light gold on top, 15 to 20 minutes
