Uuhhhh so if you’re avoiding carbs, avoid this recipe!?
Lemme introduce to your face hole the vegan spaghetti bread!
Very simple, very quick, very yum.
-Rhodes frozen bread dough (lay out to thaw/rise all day, bro)
-1 jar spaghetti sauce
-Mock meat of your choice OR minced shrooms OR spinach or mix it up a bit and do em all
-8oz whole wheat spaghetti
-So you’re gonna cook your pasta till al dente while you preheat your oven to 350
-Sautee up whatever “meat” you’ve chosen and set aside
-When pasta is done, you’ll mix with your jar of sauce and your meat stuffs
-Flatten your bread out on a greased cookie sheet and cut diagonal slits on each side;not all the way to center tho…maybe like 8? You’ll see in the photos.
-Dump pasta mix down the middle of the bread dough
-Add a nice handful of cheeze
-Now grab your sliced pieces that should be on either side of your pasta mound and wrap them over the top to form knots (again, you’ll see what I mean on the pics)
-I topped with a lil Trader Joe’s onion salt and baked for 20 minutes
