All my ingredients come from #thebestinfresh @foodlovers_lifestyle_randpark from fresh ginger to yummy oranges and all my vegan health alternatives like xylitol and coconut milk!
Recipe is as follows:
1 frozen banana
1/2 a pineapple
2 oranges
2 slices of FRESH ginger
500ml of any milk alternative (I used @milklabsouthafrica coconut milk, tastes like a pina colada π€€)
10ml of honey or as a vegan substitute 2tsp of xylitol
1tsp cinnamon
2 tsp turmeric
15g raw almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and well mixed! Make sure milk or milk alternative is cold to ensure a cold beverage otherwise blend some ice in for a thicker consistency. π±π₯Ά
