Tres Leches cake with Indian twist

Tres Leches ( 3 milk cake in Spanish ) is a Mexican originated cake . It is different from other cakes that after baked, it is perforated and soaked in a mixture of three different milk products: evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and whole milk or heavy cream, hence the name Tres Leches. I made Indian version using Rabdi . ( in Rabdi I used – milk , milk powder , condensed milk & little cream )
Recipe :
Ingredients: 1cup all purpose flour
1 t spoon Baking Soda
1 t spoon Baking powder
Powder sugar 1/2 cup
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup curd
1/2 cup cream
And 2 cups Rabdi
Procedure :
Preheat oven at 180 degree Celsius .
1)Mix together all dry ingredients and sieve .
2)Now cream together all wet ingredients , now add dry ingredients to it . Mix on medium speed to form a batter .
3) bake at 180degree for 35 to 45 minutes . Alternatively I can bake it in preheated Kadhai.
Let the cake cool down for some time . Now perforate it with fork .
Pour one cup of Rabdi on it . And keep it in refrigerator till you are ready to serve .
While serving – cut it into pieces and pour remaining 1 cup Rabdi on the cake .
