Tonight’s dinner is one of my absolute favorite combo of ingredients, it’s also super simple to whip up and hits a couple of macros! The salad is romaine topped with chopped olives, roasted chickpeas, quinoa, smokey tempeh bites, and @followyourheart honey mustard 💝🥗👅 Recipe:

•Chickpeas: coat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, tumeric, paprika and oil. Roast at 380* for 30-35 minutes

•Smokey tempeh: Cube tempeh, marinade in 3 tbsp @bragglivefoodproducts soy sauce aminos, 2 tbsp hickory liquid smoke, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp maple syrup and let sit 5 min+. Bake or air fry at 375* for 20 minutes (if you are air frying shake every 5 min, baking stir halfway!)
