✨Tonight’s dinner:
? Old Cucumber Sweetcorn Soup with Vegan Mushroom Meat (老黄瓜玉米素肉汤)
? Chinese Black Bean Fish with Bitter Gourd (苦瓜豆豉素鲮鱼)
? Chili Oil Cabbage (手撕包菜)
? Air-fried Beancurd Drumlets (气炸豆包鸡腿)

Old Cucumber Sweetcorn Soup ingredients?:
One old cucumber, wash & cut, with skin on.
2 sweet corn
2 carrots
10-15 pitted red dates
5 slices of ginger
1 and a half cup of vegan mushroom meat (or more)
2 litres of water
White pepper, mushrooms powder and salt to taste.
Drizzle some toasted sesame oil after it’s cooked.

Chinese Black Bean Fish and Bitter Gourd Stir-fry ingredients?:
Seaweed beancurd fish, bitter melon, chinese black bean (wash and rinse away the salt), minced ginger, spicy broadbean sauce (doubanjiang), soy sauce, mushroom sauce (vegetarian oyster sauce), toasted sesame oil, white pepper and salt to taste.
