Today a vegetarian Afghan street snack: Kofte Tokhm: A vegetarian burger made of eggs, onions and spices. On the side a chutney made from coriander, tomato, garlic and green chilipepper

Ingredients:

200 gr onions
5 gr garlic
5 gr salt
1 gr chilipowder
10 gr fresh coriander
5 gr curry powder
1 gr curcuma
2 eggs
100 gr white cornflour
30 ml water

Sunflower oil for frying

Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl
Heat a pan with frying oil
Divide the mix into 10 burgers.
Fry the burgers and brown allround
Garnish with fresh coriander.
