To this day, I still believe that these are the best things I have ever created – choc chip chickpea cookies 🤩 Recipe below ✨

Ingredients 🌸 1 can chickpeas, drained 🌸 1/4 cup tahini 🌸 1/4 cup nut butter (I used almond, but would have used peanut butter if my son wasn’t allergic OR sub more tahini for nut free cookies) 🌸 1/4 cup pure maple syrup 🌸 1 tsp vanilla 🌸 1 tsp baking powder 🌸 pinch of salt 🌸 80g sugar free vegan chocolate 🌸

Method ⭐️ Place all ingredients, expect the chocolate, into a food processor and process until smooth. ⭐️ Transfer to a bowl, and add your chocolate. Mix. ⭐️ Spoon the mixture onto lined baking trays – you should make about 15 cookies. ⭐️ Bake at 175°C for 15-17 minutes. Allow them to cool fully on the tray before moving them. ⭐️ Then try not to eat them all in one sitting 🤪
