Donโ€™t mind me, Iโ€™ve been obsessed with tofu this week. ๐Ÿ”ฅ To change things up I made some smoked chili lime tofu. Paired this with avocado, Organic White Jasmine Rice, greens, and sauteฬed bok choy, mushrooms and peppers in soy sauce and chili lime seasoning. ๐ŸŒถ

Recipe:

Smoked Chili Lime Tofu
1 block extra firm tofu, drained and pressed
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
2 tsp garlic hot sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning
.
Preheat oven to 400F. Once tofu is pressed, cut into cubes. In a bowl combine all ingredients except tofu and mix together evenly. Add in tofu and with a spatula toss together until tofu is fully coated. Place tofu on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven for about 25 minutes. .
