This Orange & Poppyseed Loaf is great to have toasted for breakfast or as a tasty snack 😋🍊 Personally, I love eating it fresh with a cup of Oat milk #perfectdessert

Ingredients:
✨ 2 cups plain flour
✨ 2 tsp baking powder
✨ 1 tsp baking soda
✨ 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
✨ 2 tsp vanilla extract
✨ Sprinkle salt
✨ 1/2 cup coconut sugar
✨ 3/4 cup plant milk
✨ 1/3 cup maple syrup
✨ 2 tbsp poppyseeds
✨ Juice of orange + orange slices (to serve)
✨ 3/4 cup roughly crushed walnuts (optional)

Method:
1️⃣. Preheat oven to 180* and line a bread tin with baking paper. In a mixer, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, coconut sugar and poppyseeds. Once dry ingredients are mixed together, add remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Stir through crushed walnuts.
2️⃣. Add mixture to bread tin and top with orange slices (optional). Place in oven and bake for around 55 minutes, until skewer comes out clean. Oven times may vary.
3️⃣. Can be served fresh, toasted, with vegan butter or cashew icing (see my vanilla cupcake post for recipe) 💕
