This morning’s breakfast ❤️

My heart is with Savory but some times my body asks for sweet 🍎🍐🍋🫐
.
I didn’t have any Pre-cooked whole grains so the base is:
• Oats
• Chia seeds
• Sesame Pulp

Toppings:
• Blueberries
• Stewed Apple (Just apples, filtered water, ginger + Organic lemon Zest)
• Seared Kaki
• Pumpkin Seeds
• Hemp Seeds
• Apricot Kernels
• Walnut
• Brazil nut
• Mint
• Oat milk

I really love placing every single ingredients neatly so they can be seen. When I did the 21day fast last year, it really made me think about how much work goes into growing these produce and end up on my plate. They deserve to be celebrated equally on the plate!

When the dish looks like this, I think it makes you appreciate and makes you eat mindfully.
At least for me anyway 😌
