Shortbread recipe:
πŸ’š In a mixing bowl, stir together 175g sifted plain flour and 60g sugar
πŸ’š Add 150g butter and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
πŸ’š Use your fingers to rub (is this the technical term?) all the ingredients together. It’ll start off really crumbly but will come together in to a ball of dough
πŸ’š On a floured surface, press out the dough. I found it much easier to just use my fingers because it created a horrible cracked mess when I attempted to use the rolling pin (and by this point my hands were already cemented with dough anyway)
πŸ’š Use cookie cutters or a knife to cut out your shapes
πŸ’š Place on a greased tray and back for 30-40mins at 150 Celsius

P.S. those things that look like chocolate Christmas trees at the back are meant to be skeleton dog poops πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ’©
