This AM..✨🤩 I make these pancakes at least once a week and the best part is the clean ingredients! Not the most traditional pancakes but they’re so yum. LMK if you make them🥞⁣⁣
+ 1 cup almond flour ⁣⁣
+ 1 cup oat flour (put some rolled oats in a blender if you don’t have any flour& there you go!)⁣⁣
+ 1 cup oat milk ⁣⁣
+ 2 tablespoons chia seeds ⁣⁣
+ half a scoop of vanilla protein powder (my favorite is @nuzest_usa) ⁣⁣
+ 1 teaspoon baking powder ⁣⁣
+ a sprinkle of cinnamon ⁣⁣
+ a handful of choc chips (I use @enjoylifefoods)⁣
Mix all the ingredients and you have your pancake batter! Add more oat milk as needed + add a little bit of maple syrup into the batter if you want them sweeter. Pour the batter into lil pancakes onto a pan or griddle and sprinkle some chocolate chips on top. Cook them until they’re golden brown on each side. Top the pancakes with butter (I use the plant based @miyokoscreamery butter) and maple syrup and enjoy🤍⁣⁣
