Superseed Chickpea Fritters
Ingredients
〰️ 3/4 cup cooked chickpeas
〰️ 1/2 cup oats
〰️ 2 cloves chopped garlic
〰️ 1 chopped onion
〰️ 2 Tbsp Holy Crap Natural blend, mixed with 5 Tbsp water
〰️ 1 tsp cumin
〰️ Salt and pepper to taste
〰️ Olive oil for cooking
Directions
1. Add all ingredients (except oil) into blender or food processor, blend together until a chunky dough forms.
2. Let rest in fridge for 20-30min
3. Form dough into 1.5-2″” balls, then flatten into patties.
4. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Once hot, add patties into pan and cook until golden – approx 4 minutes per side.
5. Serve over greens, and sprinkled with sesame seeds and green onion. Also delicious with hummus!
