These 4 ingredient bikkies are SO easy to make and very tasty. This is also a great @shelfcooking #shelftember recipe too as it uses ingredients you most likely already have and is so quick to whip up if you have unexpected guests coming over. Thanks to Bake Play Smile for the original recipe (I just swapped out the butter).

60g Vegan Butter
1/3 Cup Golden Syrup
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1.5 cups Self Raising Flour

Preheat your oven to 180 degrees celcius.

Melt together the butter, syrup and brown sugar over a medium heat. Once the sugar has dissolved, set aside for 10 mins to allow to cool slightly. Add in the flour and mix until a soft dough forms. Form tablespoon sized balls of the dough and flatten onto a lined baking tray. You can either press them down to flatten with your fingers (like I did) or use a fork if you prefer those symmetrical little lines.

Bake for 10 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool on the tray for 10 minutes and then transfer them gently to a cooling rack.
