The time has come to share the recipe for these SMOKY EDAMAME! πŸ”₯πŸƒ
They are extremely simple to make, smoky flavored and oh so delightful! I put it on top of the pumpkin soup as a garnish with some soy creamπŸŒšπŸ™ŒπŸ» But you can also serve these on top of your avocado toast, inside the spring rolls, with a potato puree or put in pasta Carbonara (from my Italian recipe ebook) for the extra twist!

Smoky Edamame
——————————
2 cups of frozen edamame
1 tps of smoked paprika
2 tsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of balsamic vinegar
1 tsp of nutritional yeast (optional)
salt, pepper (to taste)

1) Saute the beans in a splash of water covered for 5-10 minutes until soft. Uncover and let evaporate the water, or drain it.
2) Add all the remaining ingredients and cook for a couple more minutes on high heat to coat the beans with goods and fry them a little.

Same can be done with corn, green peas, chickpeas, red/white/black beans 🌿
