Recipe:
– 1bunch asparagus with dry ends discarded.
-lemon or lime juice
-salt and pepper to taste
-cherry tomatoes
-mango cubed.
– cilantro , chives .
– coconut oil.
Method:
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
– in an iron skillet warm on tbsp coconut oil and char the asparagus for 5-8 minutes until some of them are blackened.
Put them in a serving dish and add the mixed salad on to.
