These are vegan, low in sugar, high in protein, and so easy to make – they honestly taste like truffles, and with the cacao dusting on top, they feel a little bougie ? recipe details are below! ?✨



CHOCOLATE GINGERBREAD PROTEIN BALLS: 1. In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup coconut flour, 1/4 cup protein powder (I used hemp protein), 1 TBSP cinnamon, 1 TSP ground ginger or freshly ground ginger, 1/4 TSP allspice, 1/4 TSP nutmeg, a Pinch of salt and1 TBSP @fromthereserve plant based collagen booster (use code CRAVINGSBYCAITLIN15 for 15% off). 2. Add to your dry ingredients, 2 TBSP molasses, 2 TBSP organic maple syrup, Dash of vanilla, and 1/4 cup + 1 tsp nondairy milk. Mix with a wooden spoon until a somewhat crumbly dough forms. 3. Take 1 tbsp of dough and roll together until a ball forms. This will make 10-12 balls! 4. Place on a parchment paper covered plate and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 5. Take out of the fridge after 30 minutes and lightly dust the protein balls with cacao powder. Enjoy! ?✨
