THE EASIEST OVERNIGHT OATS ?? There are loaaads of overnight oat recipes on the internet, but here’s a simple one you can remember by heart so that you NEVER have to look up a another recipe again ?
Ingredients for 1 portion:
? 1/2 a mug full of oats
? 1/2 a mug full of milk (any you like – I like oat milk or, coconut milk is lovely too)
? 2 tbsp of yoghurt (again, any you like)
? optional: 1 tbsp flax or chia seeds
1️⃣ Mix everything together, cover and pop in the fridge overnight or for 2+ hours. Top with anything you like, then ENJOY ✌?
You can jazz this recipe up with anything you like (fruit, cocoa powder, maple syrup etc etc etc), or, just have it as it is. Either way, it’s super delicious ? You can easily make a big batch of this as well. Just remember the milk and oats need to be at a 1:1 ratio ❤️❤️❤️
