Tandori Tempeh Naan 🌯

– Recipe –
For the Tandori Tempeh
– 100grams Plain Dairy-Free Yogurt
– 100grams Tempeh, cubed
– 1/2tsp Cayenne
– 1/2tsp Ground Ginger
– 1tsp lemon juice
– 1tsp Garlic Powder
– 1tsp Paprika
– 1tsp Cumin
– 1tsp Tumeric
– 1tsp Curry Powder
– 2tsp Garam Masala
– Pinch of salt & pepper

For the Naan
– 100grams Plain flour
– 100grams Plain Dairy-free Yogurt

-Instructions –
– For the tandori tempeh, mix all ingredients together in an airtight container, let marinade for as long as you can, at least 30minutes (I usually let it marinade overnight)
– Take out the Tempeh pieces & fry for 10-15 minutes on a medium heat

– For the naan, mix together the yogurt and flour to make a dough
– Knead & roll out into the shape of a Naan
– Place in a hot, dry pan & toast on both sides for 1-2 minutes

– Transfer the tempeh into the Naan, I added some lettuce, cherry tomatoes & cucumber
