TAHINI BANANA BROWNIES have been reappearing on my feed so ofc I had to make them.. and they slap, yes. But they also inspired PEANUT BUTTER BANANA PROTEIN BLONDIES! They are not the usual dense, oily (wonderful) blondie texture but they are super tasty, keep well in the fridge and are a guilt free preworkout/postworkout/any time of day snackeroo.

BLONDIE ingredients:
2 large ripe banans
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup protein powder
(I used @yourauranutrition)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
CHOC CHIPS

BROWNIE ingredients:
2 large ripe banana
1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup cocoa pow
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
CHOC CHIPS

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Line a loaf tin w/parchment or non stick spray. Mash banana, stir in your remaining ingredients and spread into a loaf tin. (I like to wet the back of a spatula to do this, it makes life easier) Bake 25 mins. I’d recommend letting cool at least 30 mins before slicing! Enjoy!
