don’t mind me, i’ve been obsessed with tofu this week. 🔥 to change things up i made some smoked chili lime tofu. paired this with avocado, organic white jasmine rice, greens, and sautéed bok choy, mushrooms and peppers in soy sauce and chili lime seasoning. 🌶⠀⠀

recipe:⠀⠀

smoked chili lime tofu⠀⠀
1 block extra firm tofu, drained and pressed⠀⠀
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce⠀⠀
2 tsp garlic hot sauce⠀⠀
1/4 tsp garlic powder⠀⠀
1/2 tsp smoked paprika⠀⠀
1/2 tsp chili lime seasoning⠀⠀

preheat oven to 400f. once tofu is pressed, cut into cubes. in a bowl combine all ingredients except tofu and mix together evenly. add in tofu and with a spatula toss together until tofu is fully coated. place tofu on a lined baking sheet and place in the oven for about 25 minutes⠀
