❎Avocado Mango Salsa

❎Recipes for lunch today

1 avocado, pit remove and cubed
1 mango, peeled and cubed
8-10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
1/4 small red onion, minced
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt to taste
Note: if mango is not sweet enough, feel free to add a touch of maple syrup or agave to sweeten

Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss to combine. Allow to sit and marinade for more flavor in the fridge for at least 30 minutes. Use to top or add along with buddha bowls. 🌱
