Tabouli Salad – Vegan

Ingredients:

-Cracked Wheat – Burghul (50ml – 1/2 Teacup)
-Tomatoes (3 Medium Pieces)
-Lemon Juice (50ml – 1/2 Teacup)
-Parsley (2,5 Watercups)
-Olive Oil (2 Tablespoon)
-Fresh Mint (1/2 Teacup)
-Onion (1/2 Piece)
-Garlic (1 Clove)
-Salt (1 Teaspoon)
-Chili Powder (1 Teaspoon)

How to Make Tabouli Salad? – Traditional Anatolian Vegan Salad (Recipe)

1-Add cracked wheat or burghul in bowl.
2-Chop tomatoes coarsly.
3-Add coarsely tomatoes and lemon juice in bowl.
4-Cover top and place fridge in 1 hour.
5-Chop parsley coarsely.
6-Chop fresh mint coarsely.
7-Chop onion finely.
8-Crush garlic clove.
9-Add chopped parsley, chopped fresh mint, chopped onion, and crushed clove in bowl.
10-Add salt and chili powder.
11-Tabouili is ready! Serve it cold.
