Taaaaco Tuesday! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐ŸŒฎ

#onmytable: Whole grain, oven baked taco shells, pico de Gallo salsa, guacamole, and veggie bean filling. ๐Ÿฅ‘

To make the taco shells, youโ€™ll need:
1 cup maize flour
1 cup whole wheat flower
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup lukewarm water
.
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together to form a firm dough.
2. Roll out the dough, twice the thickness of a normal chapati, and poke holes on both sides using a fork.
3. On a hot pan, half cook the taco on both sides for 1 minute per side, and take it out on a plate.
4. Next, smear oil on both sides of the taco using a brush, and arrange it on a wire rack facing downwards. Pop it into a 180 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, or until crispy!
