穀物藜麥麵包🍞
Multigrain Quinoa Bread🍞
[素食|無麩質][Vegan|Gluten-free]
(~100kcal/slice) cooking time: 45 mins

精緻澱粉如白麵包會加速人體吸收及血糖變化,相反其他穀物如藜麥及燕麥具抗性澱粉的結構不易被消化酵素切斷,有助瘦身減肥。喜歡吃麵包的朋友可嘗試自己製作較健康的,配搭花生醬或牛油果享用都很贊喔。👍🏻

材料:
藜麥 150克
燕麥 130克
奇亞籽 20克
泡打粉 1茶匙
糖醇 10克
油20毫升
水 220毫升

做法:
1. 焗爐預熱180度
2. 將奇亞籽用水浸泡約10分鐘
3. 將藜麥、燕麥、泡打粉及糖放進攪拌機拌打成粉狀
4. 將粉末倒入大碗中,加入浸泡好的奇亞籽、油及水,然後攪拌均勻
5. 在長形焗盆中舖好牛油紙,把混合物倒入焗盤
6. 可按個人口味加少許葵花籽及芝麻在頂
7. 放進預熱好的焗爐焗30分鐘
8. 稍為放涼後即可食用
⭕️冰箱儲存可放一星期

Ingredients:
Quinoa 150g
Oats 130g
Chia Seed 20g
Baking Soda 1tsp
Sweetener 10g
Coconut Oil/Vegetable Oil 20ml
Water 220ml

1. Preheat the oven to 180C
2. Soak the chia seed for ~10mins
3. Place the quinoa, oats, baking soda and sweetener in a blender and whiz until a fine powder
4. Add the powder to a bowl, and then add the soaked chia seed, oil and water and mix well
5. Transfer the mixture to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper
6. Scatter over seeds if desired
7. Bake in the oven for around 30mins
8. Leave to cool a bit and it’s ready to serve
⭕️Keep well in the fridge for up to a week
