✔️1 aubergine
✔️100 grams cashews
✔️300 ml unsweetened plant based milk
✔️2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
✔️2 cloves garlic
✔️1/2 teaspoon salt, pepper
✔️chili powder depending on preference
✔️1 cup tomato passata
✔️1/2 paprika

Slice the potatoes, paprika and aubergine super thin. Chop the garlic and fry a little bit on the pan. In a blender, combine cashews, milk, pepper, salt and chili. Blend until smooth. Mix aubergine with garlic. Prepare the lasagne dish, spread a bit of passata evenly on the bottom and place the first layer of the potato slices. Then pour cashew cream, follow with aubergine and paprika, then add sauce, potatoes and keep rotating. Make sure potatoes are always covered with sauce. Bake for 45 mins in 180 degrees
