missed being able to make these pancakes when living at college in a dorm. so amazing.🥰

my go to pancake recipe 👇🏼

(1 serving -about 3/4 thick, medium size pancakes)
~2/3 chickpea flour
~1 1/2 tsp baking powder
~ 1 tbsp maple syrup or any sweetener
~2 tbsp coconut cream
~salt to taste
~lots of cinnamon & splash of vanilla
~1/4 cup blueberries
~small scoop of greek yogurt
~ scoop of collagen (optional)
~1/4 cup or more water

🥄mix dry ingredients first then add in wet. add in water slowly until you get you desired consistency (more water = less thick). then mix in the blueberries. spray pan with coconut oil & scoop on batter in desired shaped cook for about a minute (can also cover to cook more thoroughly) before flipping or until it begins to brown on one side!! 🤩


✨topped with—air fried bananas, greek yogurt, granola, & pb drizzle.
