Recipe:
Sugar free brownies (for one 20×20 cm pan)
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas, mashed
-1/3 cup nut/seed butter
-1/4 cup maple syrup
-2/3 cup plant-based milk
-1 cup flour
-1/2 cup cocoa powder
-3/4 tsp baking soda
-1/8 tsp salt
-1 cup sugar- & dairy- free chocolate chips
.
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350F and grease an 8×8 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, whisk together the banana, nut/seed butter, milk, and maple syrup. Fold in all remaining ingredients and mix until combined. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the center is firm. Let cool before slicing and enjoy! (Optional frosting: mix together 1/2 cup pumpkin puree + 2 tbsp cocoa powder + sweetener to taste.)
