Such a simple, toss-together meal with only 4 ingredients – and a little peanut sauce …

✅ Cooked millet
✅ Bunch of Bok Choi sliced ?
✅ Sliced ?
✅ Fresh ?

Simply cook opinion and garlic with a little ?
Toss in millet and greens and cook for 2 minutes

Pour over some peanut sauce and coriander (cilantro) ??? and a squeeze of ? and off you go! And some ? EVOO is nice touch too!

Tasty, easy, nutrient-dense, great ? fuel and pretty too!

You can use cooked quinoa too – a favorite variation of mine – but I love the fact that millet is an alkaline grain and the bite and fibre is awesome!
