Stuffed Oats Balls
Another experimental dish for you all
Look Wise not so pretty but taste is amazing ?
I just soaked one cup instant oats in fresh yoghurt
Added leftover salad pieces of beetroot overnight in refrigerator
Before making balls added 1/4 semolina (suji ) to it as it was too sticky
Just added salt and took out beetroot pieces
Add 1tsp fruit salt to this batter before cooking
Make stuffing for this Ball
Add 1 tbsp oil in a pan
Add hing and jeera to it
Add grated ginger and green chillies
Add boiled and mashed potatoes to it
Mix well add amchur (dry mago powder),salt and
Chopped coriander leaves
Now in a appam pan
Add one spoon oats batter ,then potato mixture
Cover it again with oats mixture
Little tricky as batter was sticky ,and I don’t want to add more semolina to it
Roast it on low flame
Here I not added any oil ,so it was little dry from outside
If you want you can add
Cook till litte golden brown
Serve it with mint yoghurt chutney
