Sticky Miso Tofu – Cut Tofu Into Cubes And Fry In A Non-stic

Sticky Miso Tofu – cut tofu into cubes and fry in a non-stick pan over high heat for about 10-12 minutes. The cubes should be in a single layer, all touching the surface of the pan. Brown the tofu pieces all over, then add the sauce (mix soya sauce, miso paste, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, water – if you don’t have all the ingredients, a ready made teriyaki sauce works too). Fry for about 5 minutes until all the sauce has been absorbed by the tofu 💫
