Cauliflower “wings” are one of the first things I fell in love with when I started cooking vegan and here’s an even better revamp! The breading is Gluten Free, sticky, sweet and spicy! They’re so scrumptious just on their own and good with any dipping sauce you like. Full recipe below!

Honey Sriracha Cauli Wings

1 head of cauliflower
1 cup soy milk for vegan
1 cup oats, I used the organic sprouted from @onedegreeorganics
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp of paprika
¼ tsp ground pepper

For the sauce:
⅓ cup honey
¼ cup sriracha
¼ cup ketchup
1 tbsp canola oil

– Preheat the oven to 400ºF;
– Wash and cut cauliflower head into bite sized pieces;
– Finely ground 1/2 cup of the oats, mix with the milk and spices in a bowl, and coarsely pulse the other half cup of oats and put in a shallow plate;
– Dip the cauliflower in the batter, shake off excess batter, then dip into the coarsely pulsed oats;
– Bake for 10 minutes, meanwhile whisk together the sauce ingredients;
– Take out the cauliflowers, brush on the sauce generously, return back to the oven for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
