Sticky Asian Meatballs Made With @impossible_foods Ground. S

Sticky Asian meatballs made with @impossible_foods ground. Served with cauliflower rice. These were insanely, amazingly flavorful. Tim demanded I write the recipe down, so for once I’m doing so lol:

For meatballs:
12 oz impossible ground (1pkg)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 thumb ginger, grated
Handful cilantro, chopped
1 T soy sauce
1 t sesame oil
Red pepper flakes to taste

400°
Mix meatball ingredients by hand and form into three-quarter inch balls, bake 13 minutes on a nonstick mat. Meanwhile make glaze.

Glaze:
1/4 c soy sauce
1 t cornstarch
1 T agave
1 T okonomiyaki sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T sriracha
1 pinch powdered ginger ( you could use fresh, I just got lazy).

Whisk soy sauce and cornstarch in saucepan over medium heat. Add other ingredients and heat until thickened.

When bawls come out of the oven, use tongs to move them into the hot glaze. Toss well and serve.
