Sprouted Tofu with Bean Sprouts and Cabbage with Tofu (VEGAN)

How do you like your lunch salad? There’s so many variations for these ingredients. You can eat them fresh or stir-fry.

– 150 grams organic sprouted tofu (super firm), sliced to cubes
– shredded cabbage, 2 colors
– chopped Easter egg radish
– a few jalapeño peppers (optional)

For the dressing:
– 1 tsp quality mayo
– 2 Tbsp sweet chili
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 Tbsp olive oil
– juice of 1/2 lime /lemon

– pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds (optional)

1. Stir-fry your tofu cubes from all sides.
2. Mix all the veggies.
3. Add in the dressing and the tofu.
Enjoy!
