Here’s a simple recipe for a delicious & healthy smoothie that I use as a post workout smoothie.⁠

Spirulina is nutrient dense, packed with vitamins like A,C,E & B as well as other minerals like calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium.⁠

As well as that it’s another plant based source of protein making it a great addition to your smoothies or breakfast bowls.⁠

Simply blend all the ingredients together & serve in a tall glass.⁠
