Spicy Soy Chunks or Nutri-nugget Recipe

INGREDIENTS
– 1 cup Nutri Nuggets or dry soy chunks
– 1 small finely chopped onion
– 3 small crushed roma tomatoes
– 2 finely chopped peppers of your choice – I used jalapeños, you can use any pepper based on how hot you want the dish to be. Make sure you remove the pepper seeds before chopping
– 1 tbsp grated ginger
– 1 tbsp grated garlic
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 2 tsp salt or to taste
– 1 tbsp oil of your choice
– 3 cup water

HOW TO COOK
– In a pan heat oil, add mustard and cumin seeds
– Once oil is hot add onion and pepper and sauté for a few mins
– Now add crushed tomatoes, ginger, garlic, turmeric, pepper, salt, and water
– Finally add nutri-nuggets and let it boil for 10 mins on medium heat.
– Spicy nuggets are ready!
