SPICY BBQ CHIK’N NACHOS WITH SRIRACHA BBQ SAUCE, SERRANO PEPPERS, PROTEIN SOUR CREAM, & CASHEW PARMESAN!😋🌱



Ingredients:
Fried tortilla chips
Olive oil
Gardein nuggets
Onions
Cilantro
Serrano peppers
Daiya shreds (cutting board brand)
Sriracha bbq sauce:
Sriracha
Sweet baby rays bbq sauce
Guacamole:
Avocado
Salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Lime juice
Protein sour cream: (leave overnight for better flavor. It’s going to absorb all of the flavor)
1/2 block Silken tofu
Pinch of Salt
Black pepper
White pepper
White vinegar
Lime juice
3 tbs diced onions
2 garlic cloves
Half container vegan cream cheese (plain)
1 tbs agave (to balance out saltiness/acidity)
Cashew Parmesan:
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
