SPAGGGGGG. 🍝 20 mins to wang together. Here’s how you do it…
🔹Preheat a saucepan full of water with a pinch of salt and your oven to 180C.
🔹 Tenderstem broccoli – cut into chunks. Put on a baking sheet with olive oil and salt. Cook this in the oven for 15 mins.
🔹Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan. Add THIS vegan bacon lardons and one big clove of garlic (thinly sliced) and fry for a few mins. Then add 1/2tsp paprika, a sprinkle of chilli flakes and a sprinkle of fennel seeds. Fry for a further few minutes until the garlic/lardons are crispy.
🔹Cook your SPAG to packet instructions. 🤙 Then drain.
🔹Combine the SPAG, broccoli, lardons and garlic. Then add a pinch of salt, lots of freshly cracked black pepper, 1tsp lemon zest, 1tsp lemon juice and 1tbsp nutritional yeast. MIX IT ALL TOGETHER. PASTA IS READY TO EAT.
