I thought I would share a little background into how I got into eating a plant-based diet.

About 2 years ago I was going through a extremely stressful period, which really affected my health. I found something that not only changed my headspace but my physical health too and that was cooking. After learning to cook plant-based food it changed so much in my life, along with regaining my love for fitness.

Therefore cooking from scratch in the kitchen is a big thing for me. It promotes feelings of accomplishment, patience and can help create and build connections when cooking with others.It allows you to get creative and try new combinations that maybe you haven’t tried before. From choosing my favourite piece of ceramics to use to the end result, the full process is something I enjoy and look for at the end of a busy day.
Cooking is a full experience which from my experience can be so beneficial on the day’s when things maybe aren’t going so well. My intentions for there recipes I share are for them to be quick and easy without the need for extra used only once ingredients and are something that are accessible for anyone to try.
