Snicker’s Style Brownies! 🍫🥜⁣

Your new favorite brownie flavor combo. 🥳⁣

Back with the brownie bakes and this weeks flavor is an indulgent peanut butter vibe – Snicker’s style brownies. 🥜⁣

Rich chocolate chunk brownies with that classic fudge like texture, swirls of crunchy PB running throughout all topped off with a sprinkle crushed peanuts, they are divine little bites and perfect served warm from the oven with a dash of soya cream. 🍰⁣

Let’s get our bake on. 👩🏼‍🍳⤵️⁣

Ingredients:⁣
100g dairy free spread⁣
170g caster sugar⁣
90g plain flour⁣
6tbsp aquafaba (or egg replacer of choice)⁣
50g cocoa powder ⁣
1tsp baking powder⁣
160ml plant milk (I use soy)⁣
50g dark chocolate, chopped ⁣
4 heaped tbsp crunchy peanut butter ⁣


Method:⁣
1. In a large bowl sieve together the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder.⁣⁣
2. In a separate bowl cream together the butter and sugar, slowly adding in the aquafaba and plant milk.⁣⁣
3. Transfer the wet ingredient mix into the dry and stir until a smooth batter has formed. Add in your chocolate chunks and fold through to ensure the chunks are evenly scattered throughout.⁣⁣
4. Pour the mixture into a deep lined baking tray and swirl in the peanut butter, you can be as fancy as you like here.⁣
5. Place the tray in a preheated oven at 170’c and bake for 30-35 minutes. ⁣
Once baked, set aside to cool, cut to your desired brownie bite size and top with a sprinkle of crushed salted peanuts. ⁣
